Our Paperboards are made of a composite material constructed from layers of sustainably sourced paper, laid up by hand with Ecobind resin. The material is incredibly tough, dishwasher safe, easy on your knives and has been certified as safe for food contact.

Depending on your location either DPD, Royal Mail or Fed-Ex will deliver your order. We use DEVLND Fulfilment to ship our products, so this will appear on any messages from DPD, Royal Mail or Fed-EX - e.g. "Your parcel from DEVLND Fulfilment is due to be delivered today."
SHIPPING TIMES - UK MAINLAND
All age-restricted items will be sent via DPD Next Day. Non age-restricted items can be sent via Royal Mail 24hr or Royal Mail 48hr. Order by 12pm for next day.
Age ID will be required upon delivery of age-restricted items in addition to online age verification.
SHIPPING TIMES - OUTSIDE UK MAINLAND
Orders dispatched within 3 working days via LG or Fed-Ex with door-to-door tracking. Allow 10 days for delivery – time will vary depending on country and customs procedures.

- Email customerservices@togknives.com with your name, the product you are returning and the reason you are returning it.
- Package your product very securely. Knives must not pierce the packaging even if it is dropped. Ideally use the original packaging.

DESIGN DETAILS
• The stripes in the material mirror the layers of copper in our kitchen knives. These alternate between slate grey and 'natural' - a colour that starts beige and darkens to the colour of copper in a month or two.
• The edges of the boards are precision machined at 45 degrees to make the boards easy to pick up from a flat counter.
• A hole helps you grab the board, or hang it up.
• The TOG logo is laser etched in the boards so that it cannot rub off.

TOG Paperboards are made of a super-durable composite material constructed from layers of paper bonded together with resin. The paper used is FSC certified and sourced from well-managed forests that provide environmental, social and economic benefits. The material is American and this stripy version is produced specially for TOG. It has EU Food Prep Certification (EU) No.10/2011.
ECOBIND RESIN
The phenolic resin used to bind the paper has earned the EcoBind designation because it has no added urea formaldehyde and minimises energy consumption. It is also one of the lowest emitters of Volatile Organic Compounds (VOC's) on the market.
AFTERCARE
• Please note that initial marking of the surface will even out with further use, so don't worry.
• Paperboards are super-tough and can be scrubbed aggressively with a scourer if required. This can even out and renew the surface. Rinse afterwards.
• The easiest way to clean Paperboards is in the dishwasher.
• If the surface colour fades with long term use, this can be restored with a little TOG Board Balm applied with a rag.
