The TOG X OUTLAW'S 17cm 'Sakana' Flexible Filleting Knife is officially here.
To celebrate its launch, we visited the man himself, Nathan Outlaw, at his restaurant in Port Isaac, Cornwall to present him with the pre-production sample (No. 0000). After 18 months working together to perfect the design, Nathan said we nailed it.
This was quite a moment for the whole team and so we made a film to tell the Story of the Sakana.
The film, by Rance Film and Studio Danvers, really is quite something. It tells the story of how we worked together and also how we approached the design. We hope you enjoy it.
