The Gyuto is the Japanese version of the Chef’s knife. It is favoured as a general purpose knife by many Chefs and used for mincing, slicing and chopping larger vegetables and disjointing large cuts of meat.
Depending on your location either DPD, Royal Mail or UPS will deliver your order.

"There's a tiny pinprick hole near the spine of the blade - it's barely noticeable, I had to really look for the issue as I thought I'd been sent a perfect knife by mistake. The edge out of the box is good - a few strokes on a ceramic honing rod made it brilliantly sharp. Just as sharp, if not sharper, than my Aogami Super Blue santoku. It's a very comfortable, well balance knife. Excellent value. And looks brilliant."
