Shipping and Taxes

Once your order has been dispatched, you will be notified by email and receive a tracking link. Alternatively, you can use our Chatbot to track your order (you will need the email address used to place the order).

Depending on your location either Royal Mail or DHL will deliver your order.

We use DEVLND Fulfilment to ship our products, so this will appear on any messages from the courier - e.g. "Your parcel from DEVLND Fulfilment is due to be delivered today."

UK MAINLAND

Order and complete online age verification by 1pm for same-working-day dispatch.

Transit time will be as per the shipping option selected.

Age ID will be required upon delivery of age-restricted items, in addition to online age verification.

OUTSIDE UK MAINLAND

Allow 10 days for delivery – time will vary depending on country and customs procedures.

Shipping costs are calculated based on the size and weight of the items in your basket, as well as the delivery region. The cost will be displayed during checkout.

Within the UK, all orders over £150 in value qualify for free shipping.

Prices shown on this website include VAT at 20%.

For customers outside the UK, VAT is not charged (it will be removed at checkout) but there may be tax or duty to pay on arrival into your country.

VAT invoices are emailed at time of dispatch and are also available upon request.
