Select from our shipping options, all dispatched from Bristol, UK and fully tracked. Order and complete online age verification by 12pm for same business day dispatch.

The services we use and transit times are as follows:

WITHIN UK:

• DPD Next day

• Royal Mail Tracked 24hr 

• Royal Mail Tracked 48hr 

OUTSIDE UK

• Fedex (2-3 working days)

• Landmark Standard International (5-10 working days)

The services available to you will be shown at checkout and will depend on what you are ordering and where it is being shipped to.

We use DEVLND Fulfilment to store and ship our products, so this will appear on any correspondence with DPD, Royal Mail or Fed-EX - e.g. Your parcel from DEVLND Fulfilment is due to be delivered today.

Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight of the items in your cart, the shipping address and whether age verification on delivery is required.

Within the UK, we provide a free shipping option for all orders over £150 in value.

Prices shown on this website include VAT at 20%.

For customers outside the UK, VAT is not charged (it will be removed at checkout) but there may be tax or duty to pay on arrival into your country.

VAT invoices are emailed at time of dispatch and are also available upon request.

TOG Knives Ltd. is a UK business and is VAT registered (VAT no. 219 4734 94).

If we are awaiting stock, the product will be labelled as ‘on back order’. Products purchased on back order will be dispatched as soon as possible after new stock arrives. Please view the product’s page for an estimate of how long this will be.
